Contrôleur de Gestion Industriel H/F - 49

En tant que contrôleur de gestion du site, votre mission est la production détats de gestion de hautes qualités selon les normes du groupe et tenant compte des spécificités locales.

Vous assurez un reporting budgétaire, analysez et signaler les écarts et mettez en oeuvre des actions correctives.
Le contrôleur de gestion est l'interlocuteur privilégié :
- De la direction de l'entreprise, il agit un business partner du directeur de site,
- Des services financiers corporate, il est un vecteur de diffusion de l'information.

PRINCIPALES FINALITES DU POSTE :

Contrôle de gestion « quotidien » :

- Reporting hebdomadaire : portefeuille de commande, KPI industriel ;
- Reporting mensuel : ventes avec détail de données scientifiques, P&L, Analyse des opex...
- Calcul des CRI réels et analyse des écarts industriels
- Suivi des Capex et calcul des ROI

Reporting groupe :

- Préparation des fichiers budget (P&L, masse salariale) selon des segmentations analytiques du groupe
- Calcul de CRI standard
- Réalisation régulière d'estimés
- Maitrise des outils groupe (JDE, BO-FC, Microstrategy ...)

Missions connexes :

- Analyse des comptes fournisseurs (Fiche fournisseurs) et optimisation des achats, suivi des plans d'économie
- Amélioration continue du processus de clôture mensuel
- Mise à jour des procédures CdG
Analyses à la demande (Tarifs, capitalisation, transports ...) et gestion des plans d'actions associés

Autres missions :

- Missions ponctuelles en liens avec les équipes comptables (Ex : EDF)
- Support à d'autres filiales du groupe (Filavie)
- Participe à l'amélioration du contrôle interneIndustrial Controller M/F

Your
missions :

As campus industrial controller, your role is to produce high-quality management reports in accordance with group standards and taking into account local specificities.

You will be responsible for budget reporting, analysing and reporting variances, and implementing corrective actions.

The management controller is the key contact person:
- For the company's management, acting as a business partner to the site director,
- For the corporate finance departments, acting as a conduit for information dissemination.

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE POSITION:

Day-to-day management control:

- Weekly reporting: order portfolio, industrial KPIs;
- Monthly reporting: sales with detailed scientific data, P&L, Opex analysis, etc.
- Calculation of actual CRI and analysis of industrial variances
- Capex monitoring and ROI calculation

Group reporting:

- Preparation of budget files (P&L, payroll) according to the group's analytical segmentations
- Calculation of standard CRI
- Regular estimates
- Proficiency in group tools (JDE, BO-FC, Microstrategy, etc.)

Related tasks:

- Analysis of accounts payable (supplier records) and optimisation of purchases, monitoring of savings plans
- Continuous improvement of the monthly closing process
- Updating of CdG procedures
- On-demand analyses (prices, capitalisation, transport, etc.) and management of associated action plans

Other tasks:

- Ad hoc tasks in conjunction with the accounting teams (e.g. EDF)
- Support for other subsidiaries of the group (Filavie)
- Participation in improving internal control

Your
profile :

You have a Master's degree in Finance -Controlling.

Skills: knowledge of industrial control, proven methods and versatility, organisational skills, time management and prioritisation skills
